No exhibitor or external company to the Association could perform events, courses, or alternative training related to the sector we represent in the same spaces and dates. Any request of special event like breakfasts, meals, cocktails, coffee service for their customers or others in the exhibition center , within the commercial space (booth), and related venues must be authorized in writing by the Association with the purpose of being sure that those do not interfere with exclusive activities of sponsors or with the program of the event.

Ningún expositor o empresa ajena a la Asociación podrá realizar eventos, cursos, capacitaciones alternas relacionados con el sector que representamos en los mismos espacios y en las mismas fechas. Cualquier solicitud de evento especial como desayunos, comidas, cocteles, servicios de café para clientes etc., en el centro de exposiciones, dentro del espacio comercial (stand) o en alguno de los hoteles sede deberán de estar autorizados por escrito por parte de la Asociación, esto con el fin de asegurarnos de que no intervienen con actividades exclusivas de patrocinadores o con el programa del evento.

Cualquier tipo de promoción y publicidad de sus servicios, deberá de estar previamente autorizada por AMAS.
De lo contrario usted podrá ser considerado como proveedor NO confiable para los expositores.

After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment. Is there a way you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!
